The image was real faint and not crisp. The paper soaked up a huge amount of ink. It is exactly what the broker wanted. I did get a little different results with printing with different resolutions and profiles and it helped a little bit.

This is what I use. https://olfa.com/professional/product/auto-lock-utility-knife-with-blade-snapper-a-1/ ,with a metal ruler for a straight edge. Just make sure the blade is sharp and I make the cut in 2 passes and they come out great.
