I just took measurements of all sides except the bottom, added in the extra depth for where the top overlaps and added an extra 1/2" for the lip of the lid. I used Arlon DPF 8000 (the same as I use on snowmobiles & ATVs) The only issue I had is it stuck almost too well.

I tell mine they are better off going with sign or wrap vinyl for contour cuts.

I’ll have to check into that. I inherited a few pieces that already have the protective wrap removed.

I use Gerber for my cut only graphics. I use Corel Draw for prints. I especially love the weed line features in Gerber. Now if only I could figure how to combine the 2 so I can run the same weed lines through my Corel prints. Lol.

Does anyone recognize this font? I think it may be a Gerber or Corel Draw font that was erased from my computer some time ago. I’ve tried several font finder programs but nothing has even come close.

The vinyl alone costs more than that. Especially if it’s printed.

Hi all. Looking for recommendations for custom made 5'x3' flags (not banners). I have a few one ups that may turn into more one ups. These would be for business advertisement that are carried on horseback on a short flag pole. I have the graphics. I just need a good manufacture source.

You can use either or. Some even use a hair dryer. It’s a Matter of preference.
