My favorite reason for using Omega is that I can plot weed lines right through graphic & the cut skips the graphic. Its very handy for dividing hard to weed letters. (such as fancy scripts & thin letters.) What I like least is the limited number of fonts.

Got it to work by converting the original AI file to eps before importing to Corel Drive. It must be something to do with AI & Corel not playing well together at times. I will definitely remember the tips for next time though. Thanks all!

Do you know what brand of wrap vinyl it is? Some are much better than others. Also when using wrap vinyl in lieu of sign vinyl be sure to post heat it after application. Different brands require different temperature settings for that. Avery, Oracal, KPMF, & Aura are all quality vinyls with...

That looks like cut vinyl, not printed.

Gerber Omega 7 has a feature that automatically allows weed lines to go straight through without cutting the graphic itself. I'm not sure if Cutting Master, Graphtec Pro, or Flexi do the same.
