Gerbers GP BIT P80356A 1/8” Shank 1/16” CD 1/4”CEL 2”OAL works very well for cutting 4mm Coroplast. A good starting point for feed rate is around 240ipm/ 4ips.
Check the floating sproket in the back and verify it moves freely. You should be able to slide it with your pinky finger. If not clean with ipa and try again. I would also check the pressure feet and verify all four feet are still attached. If not it's time to buy new pressure feet.

The cobalt blue 50% fill test is to see what's going on with your Edge print head. Using Gerber 220 vinyl or Gerber label stock with cobalt blue gives us a baseline for the test and helps narrow down the problem. In the last couple of months, we had a few customers complain about specific colors...

It is unknown at this time as Windows 11 has not been released as of 7-26-21. I can say that Omega 6.5 was released in 2017 so it's unlikely to get any updates going forward. Omega 7 is now the current Gerber software.
GS750 is a serial device and can have up to a 100ft serial cable. If it's connected to a Gerber USB to serial adapter the USB side of the cable needs to be 15feet or less.

Vinyl can cause the print to print registration and is most noticeable when using paper-backed vinyl as the vinyl expands and contracts as the Edge prints on it with heat and pressure and movement. Omega has a ton of features built in to help with print to print registration. check out this...
Check your subnet mask settings on the PC and the Edge FX they should both have the same numbers. If they are not the same change the Edge subnet mask so it matches the PC settings. (contact your IT department or PC tech for help doing this if your not sure how)

I don't see the print info on the cobalt blue 50% prints so I will assume you printed on 220 with 220 settings 300x300 and if thats the case something is 100% not right with your Edge 2. Time to have Spandex service look at it, could be head pressure, voltage or the head itself.
