I just bought a bundle of the GF 230 and it works well. I don't really do wraps but like to offer customers a better product than just regular 3ml with 3ml laminate for certain jobs. As was said the supply chain for 2ml products is horrible so I thought I would try it. The only thing I was not...
Yes, I have tried everything but it appears to be a single line. I zoomed in as close as possible and switched to nodes and there is just one shape. I know the original file was an eps that came from illustrator. I have never seen something like this before.
I wish there was something in the software to alert you to this strange phenomenon. I ran a print cut job today where I had a lot of unused vinyl so decided to nest a bunch of other print cut items in the space. When I went to cut them it cut the main graphic that I needed once and then cut...
I had a similar issue with my Mimaki about a year ago after printing on scrim banner material. Turns out that on the far right side of the print carriage there are these 3 clips that hang down...this is where debris got stuck and hung down low enough to cause the smears. I now routinely check...
I always appreciate your help Gino, don't get me wrong, but then you go and add the comment that everyone should know what Royal Blue is... No not everyone. I originally figured it would be close to a saphire blue but just wanted the forum input as I checked online and started seeing huge...
I have to do a temporary construction sign and this ancient spec says sign to be "Painted" with Royal Blue lettering. 3/4" plywood too, for a 3 week project.
Any Idea what pantone number corresponds with Royal Blue?
How about continuing to run 19. I was told by the guys who sold mt my new Summa that version 21 has issues. That's all I had to hear, so I continue on 19
I run into issues with this software. I have a file that is rather large and was originally a pdf file made from a combo of bitmap and vector graphics. I want to send a proof to the customer but can't find a pdf option. Does it exist? If not what is the best way to save the file so that it is...
I have off site backups so it was not the end of the world, but it was probably one of the most important files...A colour chart I use daily to match pantone colours. Usually I import the new file then import the colour chart, this particular time I reversed the method and never doing that...
Is there any way to get it back? This is the one thing I don't like about this software..at least give me a warning screen, like are you sure you want to overwrite the file?. I know in Signlab it creates a backup file that you can change to a cdl file and like magic the original file is back
If your just cutting a circle why not just use the 4b by itself? I remember those days...set up 3 lines of copy with the little red LED readout, start it, go out get a coffee, drink it come back and it was almost finished!!! lol
