exactly, if you are charging a separate design or set up charge then fine you can fix it but if you priced a job to them based on receiving print ready artwork (and that should also be discussed ahead of time) then it's a problem.

what does the artwork look like? just have it silk screened (that's basically what you just described) but we have a roland LEJ and we have been printing on chrome material for years with no issues.

just try to keep the seam or overlap in an area that won't be seen so easy

when ever you wrap at some spot in the job there will be a seam or a bump from an overlap. you can trim it exact but then when the vinyl shrinks you will get a gap. now how big of a seam or overlay that can be controlled.

using the laminator for something that size is not as hard as it sounds. may be some youtube vids that could help. basically just tape it in place so it doesn't move then load it in the laminator half way and laminate half at a time..ez pz
