if i had all the colors of vinyl i might just do cut vinyl and piece it together but be much easier to print, lam, cut, application tape and mount...done
we always clean with alcohol just to be safe. that is weird though. did you try poking with a needle or point of a blade and try and work it out that way?
do you have a laminator you can run them through. maybe heat and a few passes through the laminator will
have a job with 4x4 vinyl post and panel sign frames.
customer wants to put 4x4 wood posts in the vinyl post for re-enforcement.
i have always installed them just with the vinyl post and never had an issue (that i am aware of)
anyway questions...
do i get a 3x3 wooden post because of the ends...
actually it was a burgundy color but it was oracal 651 vinyl not printed. i think the material itself will be fine. i would be more interested in what the outdoor life of the ink is
and my install was in boonton so not far from you and it went through the winter ok
