    Why?? HP printheads are cheap and last for a long time.

    Stacking them is the only way to go, put a piece of scrap on top and bottom and your holes will be perfectly clean with zero burrs

    I use that same corner rounder for ACM, magnets and 040 aluminum. I've never replaced the dye and I've own that rounder for close to 20 years
