  2. Need Help Need 14 blank Plastic/Acrylic Office Door Blank

Did you not see through the anger to note that I suggested Interstate Plastics? They make custom cut plastic blanks. They're on the internet. Another source for plexiglas is a local glass company. And they will cut to size for you as well. The only tools you'd need to cut these blanks yourself...
  3. Need Help Need 14 blank Plastic/Acrylic Office Door Blank

Have you called Grimco? They have a custom order department and you can ask for a quote. Might be time to buy some tools. If these are just thin signs to go next to doors, you can cut them with hand tools, and finish the edges with a sanding block. Acrylic is harder to cut than expanded PVC...
  4. Substance G25

This is how we use the stuff
  5. Substance G25

We've used Convex's version of the same product. Although we have no trouble cutting the regular 15 mil Substance laminate, not only is the textured stuff really thick, it's harder too. Probably a flatbed with a special blade is going to be the only way to go with it.
  6. Need Help Aluminum Business Cards?

I was wondering why anyone would want aluminum business cards. Have you found a customer who wants them?
  7. Color code: red 23 & blue 94 ?

I don't think it would be out of order to call the customer and ask them what color standard they are using for those names.
  8. Some things won't combine in Corel

The objects do combine. You just can't see holes on the inner loops because of loop direction.
  9. Question U-post install

So if I make minimum wage at $15/hr and I work 6.5 or 6.75 hours, how much will I get paid?
  10. Question U-post install

Math not your strong suit? An extra hour and a half at $120/hr is $180. We charge down to the quarter hour. Just like time clocks at the burger joint or factory.
  11. grommet press not holding grommets

Yeah, o-ring. Not a magnet. Wouldn't work on brass grommets anyway.

  13. Question U-post install

We quote it as the estimated time plus any extra. So if it goes beyond the estimated time they get charged extra. I state it like this: Installation is estimated at $120. If it goes beyond 1 hour, it will be charged at an additional $120/hr.
  14. Question U-post install

We give an estimate on time for jobs like this, but charge actual time after the fact.
  15. Need Help 2020 General 4 door template??

The place I buy them from has it. I haven't bought it, but even if I had, the license agreement precludes sharing it.
  16. Formed Lettering but the customer wants it glued instead of drilled

We've done Gemini plastic letters pad mounted on corrugated metal buildings with just GE 100% silicone. over 20 years later, they are still up. Seems like on brick it might hold even better as the brick has irregularities that would hold the silicone even better.
  17. Question U-post install

We just put up about 30 of these, some with square poles and just the no hunting, some u-channel with just the no hunting. The ground was undisturbed in some places, excavated like here, or fill where they had built up the roadbed. Obviously we hit rock (it is the Ozarks) in some places and had...
  18. Quickest way to smooth out Jagged vector in Corel 2020?

I never played with those tools. Attract and repel can do what you are trying to do as well. There are some tools in there that could be used to create the "brushed look" on objects also.
  19. Need cayman gt4 vector

My vendor has a Cayman, but doesn't designate any submodels.
  20. We are adding subcontractors

That would be true everywhere. To your customer, the sub IS you. So if the sub screws something up, you are responsible for making it right with the customer. Getting your sub to pay for it or whatever is your problem, not the customer's.
