Does it need to be white/black? If not, there's a brand new film from Drytac which is white/white and completely opaque available in 2mil and 6mils thick.

If you want to be able to print consistent colors, you should at least consider a Colorado. I've got customers who have had to go back and reprint a panel months later and it matched perfectly.

The gas mileage is very different with UV gel tech. You get a lot more usage out of a liter than you do many other technologies.
