I had a similar problem with one of my computers. The way I fixed it was to exit Versaworks. Then I re-opened Versaworks as an administrator. Worked like a charm for me.

Just to help us out - What model plotter are you using?

Which model Graphtec? I have the FC8600. There are 2 positions for the blade. The one is for kiss cuts, the other for cuts through the media. When I experienced this issue, it was because I had the blade in the wrong position.

What I see circled on the picture look like capacitors, not fuses. What is on the reverse side of the board?
