  12. Shop management software

  14. Shop management software

I use shopvox and love it, but agree that I really want it to integrate with Paypal or Square but Rao has said it isn't on their radar right now. They will continue to use an outdated system that over charges the end user. I've done a lot of research and came down as Shopvox being they best...
  15. Thinking it might be time to hire my first employee, how to in this day and age?

Look to see if you have something like a Workforce Investment Board in your area. In our area they get government grants to help put employers and employees together. They supplied an excellent potential employee and paid 90% of his salary for the first 3 months for training. It was very easy.

I use dropbox and paid a guy on Fiverr.com $5 to do some mumbo jumbo to boost it to 22 gig. I run out of space occasionally (twice a year or so) but I just purge old client stuff and photos that I won't need.
  19. PRECIX CNC Owners are thieves. I will post until they go out of business.

I am assuming you didn't pay them in cash. You can use deposit records to determine what bank they use and subpoena their records and put a lien on their accounts thus seizing those assets. They have a physical address which means they pay bills, they have to pay them out of something. Also...

it sounds like you've spent way more time on this than already necessary. If you have a judgement, you can go after assets. If he has a presence in America and Canada then there are assets you can go after. If your lawyer isn't doing that, then you need a new lawyer.
