Do you have a login for Help Desk there? They may need to email you your updated access key file. Otherwise, point caldera to where you downloaded it...assuming your desktop. Make sure the OLD one is moved to another drive or hidden in a folder somewhere.
Did you go to the CalderaCare page?? Sitting here trying to think about this....
We do a subscription now so it automatically updates for us on our end now in v13
Welcome aboard....where are you located??
I second the AGL laminator. We have had one for a year now and absolutely love ours. They have an imported version called the Compadre which is still a nice machine and supported by AGL.
If you're keeping in house, check with your vendor....Grimco...N Glantz...Bigfish...everyone has something that fits what your looking for. Question is, if you are mounting them why not use an air egress vinyl? May pay a few more pennies on the front side but the back side would be easier for...
Other option is to wire into a 5 port Network switch. That lets you tie into the network at all times even if your cable or internet takes a dump on ya. Those are inexpensive for a GB network.
Ive now watched this movie a couple times and every time I do laugh. Its amusing & quite entertaining. Not quite the caliber of some of these others listed, but it has entered my list of favorites.
lol...dont ask me about my 1500. Ive shot a few thousand at one of them and its still intermittent with one issue. HP is reasonable for parts unlike other companies.

This is a link I use looking for parts a good chunk of the time.
This is what I received in email yesterday from an HP dealer....
Why are they not allowing Caldera or Onyx to partner up in this? Thats slap in the face to 2 MAJOR players in this world of software. 1500s are more likely to be run on either of those 2 RIPs vs flexi.
If the RIP won't do it for you, edit the file to INCLUDE a White_Ink FILLED Object. Set to Overprint in Illustrator or whatever Graphics App you are using....this is Caldera's setup normally....and try to rip with that object on Top. That should get you the result you want.
