I would make sure you have all of your records for lot # and such if you can. If those weren't power washed, then the arlon lam flat out failed badly. It almost looks like its tunneling in spots as if the lam was "pushed" on top of your vinyl
Minuteman is a local client of ours and had expanded in the past year. They acquired 2 shops we print for already and continue to print for them now. We never received any letters but Im guessing the offers given to my other 2 clients couldn't be passed up.
Our 560 always has to start OUTSIDE the heating zone....just below the flip-up access door on the front. Otherwise, it gets jammed typically and just causes head crashes or the material to buckle and rub on the heater above. Not worth fighting with it to try to use the "x" inches.
2921 Matte prints great. Its the lam you put on top of it that makes the difference.
IJ 40 has the same adhesive as 3m IJ 180CV3 on a higher quality calendared PVC coating. I think that would clear up what you meant when you said "halfway between". lol
We've been using calendared forever for floors. The 5-6mil non slip overlam of course on top of that....Avery 2921 with clear adhesive has been working really well for us.
We pull 20 an hour in production mode without an issue completely good in a 3 pass. The Standard mode is awesome in 4 pass with a moderate interlace. Need better quality....say really small type, slow the carriage speed down. HQ mode sucks and there is no interlace at all and not worth the...
Funny you're mentioning about failing SSD's....Im backing up ALL my startup drives today on ALL my Computers. Mac's and Windows machines all being done currently. If something goes awry, I have a clone of the drive to get back up and running quickly.
My goto is always a Mac Pro. Used or refurb 5.1s are great though the newest batch are also excellent...and priced too damn high. I can handle 1+ GB PSD files without issue.
