I see lots of issues on that autotraced file attached here. I am curious, how many of you would consider this acceptable and just use the file as is?

Yeah you hover over the surface to move the cursor and touching the tip/nib to the surface is the same as clicking the mouse button.

Every processor I have used over the years charges the same amount or more for manually entering card info. Has anyone got a better rate for no-swipe/manual entry? I don't have the advantage of swiping cards so I always pay higher fees

Is the sample you provided the font they want or the font you typed out? The g's match on Cambria. The y is off slightly though

Cambria bold italic is nearly 100% match to this. I believe this is a common Windows font that is included on most installs or easily found

Perhaps a preference or other associated file is corrupt or missing. You could always try deleting and reinstalling the program. That has worked for me in the past.
