    After an Onyx upgrade I had an issue where nothing was being sent to the Barcode Server. I know you're not using that but there was a setting in Onyx Cutserver that wasn't selected so no data was being sent. Could have been in the cutter config settings but can't remember for sure.

    We use graffiti remover to soften the inks enough to peel off, then print on the other side.

    Have you taken the maintenance tray out and looked under the heads? Sometimes there's a bit of paper or fluff causing drips.

    Peel the liner off with a cardboard media core - do not stop while you're rolling it off. Print on the matte side if you have that option.

    If you're only using black ink this is what happens. Thin bandy output. Print b/w using 4 colour with a good profile and you'll get nice rich blacks.
