You will have trouble removing them if you use high tack vinyl. We did some using standard adhesive and they hold down well enough and are removable.

It runs quite straight if the rolls are loaded square so there's usually not too much overhang. I'd say we get about 5 or 6mm overhang which doesn't affect the summa operation. If it's a really long run we use the takeup. Though to be honest unless it's a small detailed job we run kiss cut jobs...

I did some signs for my daughter and her bf for the local BLM protest. Didn't get paid naturally.

We try and get the alignment close then just load it in the cutter. Nobody got time to trim all that off.

Z10 is a stiffer blade so is worth a try. Sometimes on harder plastics we use the EOT for a cleaner cut.

Of course we laminated everything off the 60600 and most permanent jobs off the 360s. The only printer I'd be confident supplying unlaminated for long term would be the Colorado.

+ buy a Colorado if you can. Even faster again with zero drying time!

Get a 60600. We used one for wallpapers and it was colour and length consistent, and prints faster than a latex.

We have a camera S2 and it reads the marks really fast. Only drawback is you can't connect by network cable.
