Our similar model oposcam was exhibiting some weirdness a while back and after lots of headscratching and service calls we reverted to an older firmware which solved the issues.
This was suggested by the US service team.
Could be a simple thing to try anyway.
It runs quite straight if the rolls are loaded square so there's usually not too much overhang.
I'd say we get about 5 or 6mm overhang which doesn't affect the summa operation. If it's a really long run we use the takeup.
Though to be honest unless it's a small detailed job we run kiss cut jobs...
Of course we laminated everything off the 60600 and most permanent jobs off the 360s.
The only printer I'd be confident supplying unlaminated for long term would be the Colorado.
