Update: Client prefers signs and other graphics as shown on #4 and #5, orange versions. Client now says he has yet to sign a lease for the building and that he is meeting his partners to discuss business potential.

Try this out... try fading out some of the horizontal lines; do the STICKY in same way you did GRAPHICS (same font, same outline, color, etc.)

Hiya, you should show us your current logo. I like to compare the two. I like this one, but it may be a bit too busy. Thinking that if it is printed small, lots of the designed items will be lost, maybe look blurry.:toasting:
