well...the taco with the bite is a good start. not too sure about the blue thing on the left hand side by the taco shell, is that a fish tail? the eye is creepy. maybe a fish with a Mexican hat?

I've never heard of a fish taco. That image kind of turns me off the idea. Do they really put a whole fish in a taco?

It's a Sonoran/Baja thing... popular here in AZ & California.

They really are good. Breaded/Battered (or Grilled) fish filets, some cabbage, and a mayo-ish sauce and maybe some cilantro & onions. Almost always served in soft corn tortillas (I prefer flour).

In Guaymas/SanCarlos MX (used to work there a bit) they have fish taco carts oll over the place like hot dog guys in NYC!. Fresh is best!

not a bad idea, but I think it needs some work.

(the idea of a fish taco kind of grossed me out too. I guess it's a regional thing.)

I love the concept but i think it needs a little more development and unity between the fish tail and taco so they're more contiguous.

Fish tacos are amazing BTW... for all that haven't had them... they rock.

get rid of the line under the name, make the taco and tail taller, move the bite mark to the front to make it like the fishes mouth, i'd get rid of the teal and use red

You can stick anything in a taco, my favorite tacos have things that are unspeakable here... but I dig fish, calamari, lobster and shrimp tacos too...

How much research did you do?

As jiarby mentioned, We have a few large chain/franchise food places that are fish taco themed... mostly in the Baja style...

Do they only make a fish taco?
I would think a Baja (maybe google 'baja logo') style logo is better suited than just a fish taco logo, unless they only make a fish taco... the logo lacks a style, it looks to rigid and clean. I like the concept, but it should look more "mexicaney" (for lack of a better term)

Thanks everyone! I'll have to think on this one a bit. It's pretty low budget, so I arrived at a concept in my head and slammed it together. It's for only fish tacos to be sold at a food tent during events through tourist season. I have an idea I'd really like to do, but it would take more time than the money is worth! Got some great suggestions - Thank you very much! I'll follow up as things go.

I'd suggest a different direction. From the thumbnail I thought it was one of those South Park characters with a chunk missing from its face.
