here is a trick. Have them design a sign in 10th size of the truck. have them design it in 720dpi. Once its done and its 10th the price of the original price of the truck design have them print that out in 1000 scale 72dpi. boom you have a cheap design.

8 hours and superb quality is not impossible. I wrap these vans in 8-10 hours myself with superb quality. Including debadge/wipe/install/post heat. I would say another 2 hours maybe 3 for the roof. I hate to do roof by myself.

I do this if i have to install cast material outside or if the print was too fresh and the edges of the vinyl would start curling on me.

there is NOTHING wrong with windows 10. I upgraded from win7 and never had a single problem. Not with apps nor games. I don't know if versacamm is compatible with win10 but i would upgrade to win7 for sure. Its the best win OS for sure. had it for years and never slowed down like xp or vista.

what he said^^^ It could be the rollers. but watch out because the rollers that are not removable have a unique shape to pull the vinyl out. the inner sides have smaller circumference than the outside. You can order new ones and change them manually just put a piece of A4 paper under the rollers...

4 vertical panells + door panel + fender panel shouldn't take more than 2 hours for 1 guy. Me and someone else can knock out one of these in 4 maybe 5 hours.
