Awesome. I have never used anything else but 180cv1, 180cv3, ij 40, 40c, 35c, 170, 380, 480. Lot of stuff they want me to know are for screen print and latex or uv only. I always printed with solvent only.
Thanks guys
here is a trick. Have them design a sign in 10th size of the truck. have them design it in 720dpi. Once its done and its 10th the price of the original price of the truck design have them print that out in 1000 scale 72dpi. boom you have a cheap design.
Hey guys. I am going for the 3m preferred certification in a few days.
I am in the sign business for 10 years. More, or less I know what they will make me do.
But what about the written part? I am trying to read all these pdfs they told me to read but my eyes are falling out from the reading...
8 hours and superb quality is not impossible. I wrap these vans in 8-10 hours myself with superb quality. Including debadge/wipe/install/post heat. I would say another 2 hours maybe 3 for the roof. I hate to do roof by myself.
there is NOTHING wrong with windows 10. I upgraded from win7 and never had a single problem. Not with apps nor games.
I don't know if versacamm is compatible with win10 but i would upgrade to win7 for sure. Its the best win OS for sure. had it for years and never slowed down like xp or vista.
LOL. I posted the same trailer wrap video :))
Check out this video.[ see the comment above] hold with one hand, pull a feet off and squeegee left and right. I would not try to go from the bottom if you have a 9 feet tall panel. Try to mark the position on the vinyl and the body of the rv so...
1) you have to squeegee with 1 hand and hold the vinyl with the other. try not to pull the material too much with that hand.
2) don't squeegee down. keep it 45 degree but sueegee left and right. Don't pull too much material off. only 1 feet at a time.
3) try to do it inside in an A/C area or do...
from experience: i think it's more important to put something under the chrome film than overlaminate it. We do yacht letterings every month with chrome. Just get chaper removable calendared air release vinyl and laminate the chrome on top of it. You can also laminate it but that won't help the...
what he said^^^
It could be the rollers. but watch out because the rollers that are not removable have a unique shape to pull the vinyl out. the inner sides have smaller circumference than the outside. You can order new ones and change them manually just put a piece of A4 paper under the rollers...
2 plugged in on another? Its called daisy chaining and its a no no!:
1) The method is has not been independently (UL) safety tested.
2) The configuration does not provide any extra surge protection and in the case of a large surge this method may actually be more dangerous to your system.

I am not re selling them. To fill them up i would have to crack open them and i would have to cut the paper also. I need the pouch from the inside. But I prefer if someone would send me the whole cartridge intact. Why? Maybe I need them to build the walls of my secret dungeon. Don't worry about...
Thanks guys but I only need roland eco sol max 2 inks. nothing else. That why the name of the thread is eco sol max 2 cartridges in the roland forum section
"devious plan for the cards with the chips"
^ This!
If any of you want to send them to my way I would pay for the shipping and for the cartridges.
You can stack em in the corner until you have 5-10 each color (C,M,Y,BK) and I will take them off of your hand.
I am serious. Contact me please...
By unopened cartridge i meant an empty cartridge that's empty and intact (still one piece, unopened / labels are not cut off and tabs are not broken)
The plastic housing was never pried open after the printer tells you its empty. I need an intact housing with the empty bag in it. can't explain...
4 vertical panells + door panel + fender panel shouldn't take more than 2 hours for 1 guy. Me and someone else can knock out one of these in 4 maybe 5 hours.
