The only problems we had with the older avery is that we had tiny white spots in the print. The Avery rep told me the the only reason they came out with the new 1105 is to fix that issue. everything else is the same.

I would stay away from arlon. Not sure how their product are nowadays but years ago i had a lot of shrinking problems with their materials I prefer only avery and 3M

Yep Arlon 8000 is super tacky. but there is no air release. I know avery just came out with a high tack product. I believe it has air release.
