Have you tried to print it???? Every time i bring in a cmyk file to flexi it shows up with completely wrong colors. ( light blue looks green red looks pink etc. But once you print it it should be okay
Lately I have problem with printing> laminating> then cutting. Whatever I try the rear crop marks are off the plastic line.
Here is how I do it:
When I print I load the material nice and straight then do a sheetcut so its easier to realign the material when I need to cut.
Print as usual...

A tried 3M chrome which was just a test piece before they even came out with it. It was ok. Not much stretch at all and it did pull back on a concave part because I used no primer.

3m ij 40 has aggressive adhesive. That will rip paint off of the wall. ( It wont even conform really good on walls too well. I do not recommend it for windows either.

The reason I want to get certified is not because what the customer wants. But to get more money on my paycheck / get a better chance to get hired anywhere.

anytime you dealing with graphics that has a super size. Try to restarize every single layer and re crop the image they way whatever vector was blown up bigger then the actual work area is now cut down so the layer actually only contains whatever you see on work area. Save as a copy see how much...
Big minus? Like what? I wrapped a Lamborghini in ij380 which also has no memory and it was awesome. No memory doesn't mean it wont shrink back to its original forum. But after you installed it and post heat it it wont curl or pull up no more.
Avery looks horrible compared to hexis when it comes to orange peel
Avery does have a better chrome color! Much deeper /darker chrome. Hexis chrome color was too bright
Avery is superior compared to hexis when it comes to installation. I would not do any installation with hexis even if they pay...
Hexis was on my car 2 maybe 3 months yet it came off in small pieces.
time sensitive? Hexis popped back up in seconds. While Avery stayed down for days. We are talking about a very very simple concave area.

Finally had a slower day at work so I installed the Avery on the trunk. ( Yes... I didn't had any slow day for almost two months)
Loved the avery chrome compared to the hexis one.
You can slide it around, adhesive is not super aggressive.

there are a few methods.
You can tape it up every few feet and make marks with china markers. Then tape across at 5'. peel it back. install the first 5' only. Then roll up the other 15' and only peel a few feet off at a time and follow your marks.
