200% density?? Damn you must consume a ton of ink for no reason. Our densities on machines are between 135 and 140. Sounds like you got some profiling to do or at least bump up ink restrictions in rip and re profile.

What rip? Easy fix... Why not just bump up black density in the Jeti controller?

Ineterplast.... They are MFG of it. If you buy 1000 lbs of it (appx 775 sheets 50 x 99) you can probably buy direct from them. We have used it.. and keep skid on the shelf but not a real hot item. No one really cares about the fact coro is smooth.

If you never flashed a board. Do not attempt with out a tech on the line giving you every step along the way. It is not something you should mess with solo the first time. You could kill the boards with one click of the mouse.

Try slowing the carriage speed down to about 1300 and see if you get the same error. May need to reflash motion board. It may be freaking out....

Still makes my stomach curl over all the failures we had 4 years ago. It was not the 1005 it was the DOL lam that shrunk. Over 200 units(full wraps) coast to coast. They did make good by covering removals, print, materials, reinstall, machine production time, logistic and project management...
