There is a possible fire hazard in almost every part of the digital print production floor.
Solvents are very combustible, Laminators and Real production machines are High Voltage. UV Curable Lamps are by far the biggest hazard and that never stopped anyone from running them.

Caldera is a much more robust and powerful rip than Onyx. It is a little less user friendly and has a decent learning curve to optimize it's capabilities.

We can do these for you no problem.
We print them on .020 styrene roll 2 roll and then mount to rolls of neoprene rubber then run through our UV clear coat.

First thing I would try is to rip a file 8 color so it prints (4 color slow). See if you get same results as running 4 fast.
Not sure if your machine is 8 color if it is I would switch to 8C and see if you are getting same problem with the Light yellow.
My first guess would be a faulty...
