Sounds about like a recent project, total PITA
Customer ordered vehicle lettering.
after 6+ edits for a simple name, #, services on 2 sides of the vehicle. got approval and had a 3-day window for production & install.
They then bumped the in-hand date to next day, we agreed. It was a 1 color...
we did this years ago, VERY helpful
shows "common" sizes, different types of fonts, and colors
all numbers and fonts are 2", again this show them the type of font plays more of a factor than the size
if you are installing in a hot area, the transfer will help, make sure you use the paper version.
it is all based on your experience. if you are hesitant, add paper transfer.
are those completed / installation-ready signs?
The signs, restroom specifically, look to be in pieces, pending assembly.
what guidelines are you following for layout, or is that a service offered by the supplier?

you will probably need to look into the flatbed cutters, these tend to by more robust and capable of a wider range of material cutting.

yes, we show different items.
for the most part, we keep these items under the service counter and once we know what they are looking for we pull the item out for inspection
it was & is very easy to overfill/clutter the area.
