Ironically, when I had a HP310 printing the exact same material, it didn't have that problem. Once I upgraded to a 335 the problem started. I'm using the same print profile, so it should have worked in theory. It's ultimately the same printer, just a larger size. None of my other substrates...

I have an HP 335 that continues to warp this material when it comes through the heaters. See attached pic. This is Nekoosa (RTape) Synaps OM 14Mil Poly rolls. The attached pic is run 12 pass, 207 degree, 100% saturation. What do I need to do to avoid the warping? Thanks in advance.

I did that once, but the grommet wasn't deep enough and pinched the 10mm coro too tightly. The grommet tool I have only works well on a 4mm coro. Good idea though :)

I know, I know....I'm just a perfectionist when it comes to clean holes though. Especially when the coro is so high off the ground, no one will see it anyways (see pic). I'll just continue with my hand punch and Judy, but 80 holes will take a long time, just trying to find a more effective...

Do you have one in mind?

Thats what I use now, but I have a job coming up with 80 holes to make, and my bore punch will take forever...plus everyone in my office complains of the sound..

I wouldn't recommend fiver for anything other than a simple letterhead design. I've always been disappointed with the outcome on projects I've given folks through there. I certainly wouldn't give them a trailer wrap design....just sayin....

Agreed, much higher prices than any other supplier.

I use Grimco all the time as well. Online ordering has never been a problem. Most issues are with UPS deliveries, they destroy my vinyl rolls all the time. Not Grimco's fault though, they realize this and always add extra wrap around the box ends for me now. Aluminum always get damaged, no...

I just noticed the same problem today. I got a .jpg from a customer and opened it up within my email, my default to preview it is windows photo viewer ...it shows up for 2 seconds, then turns black. If I save it out of my email then open it up in photoshop, its perfectly fine. Never seen that...

To my knowledge (and age old memory which is getting worse these days), I dont think Illustrator has any way to automatically decrease the size of text when it flows into a text box causing it to always fit. That would have to be a pretty cool if/then script for it to happen. Have you tried...

Would love to see pics of this when its done. It's not every day you see a flat glass roof. Curious.... if it's on a roof, who will see it???? Can you see it from inside the building, and are you printing graphics on it, or is it just for a sunshade effect?
