  1. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

Ours are about 36" X 58"-ish (depending on the graphic) and are 1 sided. We design, print on vinyl, laminate, then mount on coro and hand cut. We charge $135 for the insert, and antenna sign base is sold separately. These are normally only 1-2 in quantity. Wish we had a flat bed printer and...
  2. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

I ended up using a jig saw with a fine blade. Does well for cutting the curves, but had to sand away the fringes afterwards. It's definitely my go-to tool now.
  3. fONT id

Font ID please. I don't think it's italic, it's just the angle of the photo. It's on a headstone. Thanks.

  8. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

Thats super helpful! Thank you. I'll start there and tweak temperatures. That's a great start point. Thank you :)
  9. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

Excellent question. It's for a small projector with a transparent clear film (printed) in a carwash. It projects the car wash logo on to the customers front windshield as they're going through. The 2-piece projector lens "locks" down the 2" circle film graphic insert so it doesn't move. The...
  10. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

I'm trying to find an ICC profile for Flexi. I'm using Magic SCF7 6.5 mil clear film on my HP310. Magic doesn't have the profile, HP doesn't have the profile. Anyone used this stuff before who has hand-built a profile? Help. Thanks, Mary
  11. HP L310 upgrade

Thanks for your input :) We have the full Flexi Print/Cut software. Does it support 2 printers? So the 315 is nearly identical? hmmm..... Stupid question, but I can run 54" materials on the 64", right (duh, obvious...but had to ask) The 365 is tempting.... Thanks again for your input and advice.
  12. HP L310 upgrade

I presently have a 4-1/4 year old HP Latex 310, with over 58K sqft. printing in its time. I'm considering upgrading and keeping with the latex printers because I need to laminate things immediately after printing and HP seems my best option (?) I've got questions, and would love feedback to...

Thanks everyone for all your advice and recommendations :) This is the best place ever to get personal feedback, thank you Signs101 :) Y'all have a good day, and stay safe out there!
  14. Corner cutter recommendation

Have you tried this? Can it actually cut acm, 040 and 063?
  15. Corner cutter recommendation

I don't do very many radius corners, but when I have the need I sure wish I had one rather than outsourcing. I'm looking for a small table top corner manual corner punch that I can use on .040 aluminum and 3MM ACM board that cuts 1/2" radius. Don't want to spend more than $200 on it, if that's...
  16. HP problem or material... IDK

I'm having the same shrinkage problem, seriously noticed it yesterday. I printed a 10' banner and it shrunk it nearly 1-1/2". WTF? Banner material was 15oz. double sided keystone (only printed 1 side) on my HP310. I've noticed shrinkage before when I was printing Arlon clear vinyl for a backlit...
  17. FOAM TAPE?

Very helpful, thank you. I was able to get an online chat with the 3M folks and let them know what I was looking for. They recommended the VHB 4941.
  18. FOAM TAPE?

This may seem like a simple question for folks, but it's the first time using foam tape for me. I need to stick some small aluminum signs (9X12) and some some styrene signs (6X10) to some outdoor metal square poles, and I saw other folks using foam tape. I bought what I thought was high tack...
  19. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

Ha, do they even make those any more?
  20. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

I have certainly thought of outsourcing, of course. But I always love a challenge :)
