I also have Flexi and a HP335 printer. What is it that you're printing? How large? I have never used flexi to set up tile printing for me, it always seems to let me down. If I'm printing an item what needs overlapping (like a wall mural), I'll splice (crop) each panel on the the wall graphic...

I agree on lettng the RIP software do the conversion. I have Flexi as my RIP, and always let it do the RGB to CMYK conversion instead of photoshop. Doing so seems to give me brighter colors when the item prints, mainly because my RIP software knows how to convert it correctly to my 6 color...

That includes our design time, unless there are multiple edits, etc; then we start charging $125 per hour (to to dissuade folks from going overtime on edits) We normally include up to 1 hour of design time with our price.
