You can also make it a two cut job.
1st cut, Kiss cut then cut over that with your regular cut. Only adds a few extra minutes to the job but way less wear on your blades.
Yes you can cut Banner Material on the Graftec 8600 and 9000.
Back the pressure off by 5 from vinyl cutting and keep speed at about 30.
Cut in the channel not on the strip.
Switch the sequence of the cuts.
IF your graphics have a Blue cut line and your box around the graphics have a Red cut line, toggle the sequence to cut the Blue first.
This happened to me the first week of using the fc9000.
I'm using flexi and don't remember the error code.
After several attempts I ended up creating a new cut only file with the same perimeters as the original and it cut.

What I print today I laminate if needed and cut tomorrow.
After printing I loosely fluff the roll over night.
If you can smell a strong odor from the ink don't laminate or cut yet
