Anyone know for sure if the 50" BS comes with the handle no matter where you purchase it from? Some descriptions state w/ Handle and others say nothing really.

Are you saving as an .eps file? If so does the "Custom" dialog appear as clickable? If that is the case then make sue "Convert Strokes to Outlines" is not checked. If that doesn't work try placing the Cut Paths on their own layer.

I agree but hopefully adds a layer of "protection" should push come to shove. It does show that you have made an effort to ensure that the images provided to you were at least claimed to be owned by he provider.

Simple statement on your proof sheet that the customer assumes all responsibility/ownership of provided logos and images. :)

Font look like Comic and you might get a decent live trace off the image?

Do you load the media into the same spot for cutting as you did for printing? Do you "Base Point" when printing and when cutting? Silly ?but are you loading the media in with the eyespot front and to the control panel?

Did a quick thread search and did not find exactly what I was looking for. Problem is on a 3 week old XR-640. The printer is not finding the outside pinch roller on smaller 24" media and sometimes on standard 54" media. I can load the same media on the XC-540 with no problem but need to run it...

Do you get the same results with the 3220 with no heat?

Usually a Poly coated Grey backer material like the Arlon DPF210 or the Magic mentioned above. Our customers prefer it over standard banner materials.
