I've been using my printer for over 16 years and have never had a problem with fading. I use mainly Gerber foils which have a 3-5 year outdoor life and seem to last longer. I have used "Frog Juice" on some of my prints, but mostly for protection. What laminates do you recommend? Thanks!

Thanks, I did clean the head and I usually do not laminate edge prints. It has 2 streaks about 5/16" wide (shown) and another about 1" wide (hard to see in the photo) above the two 5/16" streaks. I'm sure it's a heat problem, I checked the cables and everything seems snug. I'm attaching another...

I started getting these dull streaks in my prints, same location all files? I did receive a "data 3 error" message while printing but reset the printer and the file printed but still with the streaks? Any help would be appreciated. Bruce Crawford

My prints are slightly out of registration when I cut them.I've printed a black bar 11.8 inches tall by 1/4' wide. The bottom of the "Y" axis has shifted (skewed) to the left approx. 1mm compared to the top. Is there an adjustment to the print head? I'm sure it's the printer as I have checked it...

Gerber USB to parallel adapter cable for Edge 2 I've been using this USB to parallel cable on my Windows 7/Edge 2 (64bit) with no problems, when I upgraded to Windows 10, I cannot print to the Edge? Is their a driver update for Windows 10 or a work around? Thanks, Bruce Crawford

I've upgraded my monitor and the nubs in Signlab are too small. It seems to me that their is a setting to increase the size of the nubs (.ini file?) TIA found it in the Cadlink.ini

protective clear liner I've never used the Image Perfect brand but some of the chrome vinyls have a clear protective liner that needs to be removed prior to printing. Is this possible?

I'm using Omega 5 and when I use the spool adjust to shift a color to the right 1 pixel, it moves the color 46cm (1.812") to the right??? This is the first time I've used it in version 5 but it always worked well in Omega 4? Is their a bug I'm not aware of?
