Its not the thickness of the vinyl thats the problem, its the silicone liner surface that is too thin. I set the blade depth to where it is just barely scratching the liner (if you flip the material over you cannot see any indentation from the cut line)

Too low. you should double you material costs, add the trip time, extra prep time to clean the windows (they need to be spotless) and the time and knife blades to trim on the windows.

Looking for a anti static or static dissipating clear pressure sensitive overlam, something with a satin/matt finish would be perfect. TIA

Fix for loose enVision door lock Fixed! If your knife blade holder is loose and the door will not stay closed try this: wrap the barrel with some 3 mil chrome vinyl (1 turn worked the best) My holder now fits nice and snug and the screw part closes securely. saved me $1200. for now!

Anyone have a workaround to replace the door lock screw( the wing nut tightener for the knife holder) without having to buy a new carriage? My cutter works fine but the screw is starting to come loose and the knife blade holder falls out. TIA
