Software won't make you a sign designer. I suggest you get a designer in once or a twice a week to get you through until you can learn basic layout. You already have flexi...you will probably need coreldraw or illustrator as well...if they can't or won't use either of those along with flexi...

Just take some clear photos and put the new one in the way the old one came out...It's pretty simple stuff.

We do a lot of brass plates/plaques on the router and engraver. Cut them out and drill holes with the router, sometimes engrave them with the router as well as the engraver.

Ask for 'Engraver's Brass'/'Engraving Brass'...engraves well..

We paid more than double that in Australia + plus paid the Epson 3 year warranty... Worth every cent. I'll never go back to a Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, HP, Seiko or whatever after using this printer. More than ten years into digital printing and finally got a printer I'm more than happy with.

Same file - different Rips...obviously one able to handle transparency/blends better than the other.
