Has anyone printed on canvas before?
An aqueous print will look always better than a solvent print...especially if using dye based ink...it has way more colour gamut...no contest. Exception to this is the Epson GS6000 solvent, even more so when printing on Epson canvas....the prints are amazing...they are replacing aqueous...- astro8

I think my PNC-1000 is printing coords
Use a serial cable...probably won't get it to work otherwise....that's how I remember it anyway. -

Really nice work...great photos...if you put more work into seo you should see some gains in traffic and more importantly...job enquiries. Flash based sites look great and are nice online portfolios but are hard work to get noticed by the seach engines...All those images bar the standalone...- astro8

push-thru Corian letters
Looks good....you'll probably want to fillet/round the corners in EnRoute and very accurate and fast. I have done a few counter fronts and signs for shops that had their logos, patterns routed/engraved/inlaid into them...look really well and I like how the stuff routes easily so you can get...- astro8

Are you driving with these other logos still affixed to the vehicle? If so snap frames, velcro...all that stuff is going to blow right off with a sheet of Dibond or polycarbonate decapitating someone. JasonX's or BobM's ideas's are feasible...it needs mechanical fixing...don't underestimate...- astro8

High volume printing - advices needed
Looks like you'll have to make do with a couple of axle stands and a broomstick...what a bummer not having the take-up reel. I've seen all types of contraptions...clothes line type hangers strung from the ceiling, draped over chairs, letting spool along the floor and cutting it off. I'm sure... -
