Roland recommends to replace damper and cap top every year. When we received a trade-in used printer, we replace dampers and cap tops right aways. If you see the ink retains in a damper half way, that's usually a good sign but does not mean it is a good working damper.

post a "fill test" nozzle check. If the edges of the print is fuzzy, that is sign of weak head. time for a new printhead. Printhead is consumable. Normal DX4 printhead has 3-4 years of life span printing 3-6 hours a day.

If only missing cyan, looks like a printhead issue. Time to replace a new printhead. Try to soak the head for a few hours.
