The 546 & 547 are engraving bits and shouldn't be used for this application. What bit did you use for the cuts you've shown? You're getting a lot of chatter on your edges from vibration in the spindle but in between the chatter does have a nice polish to it. This are signs of good spindle speed...

We have an older Colex that I'm having issues finding a part for. It has a 3hp Giordano Spindle that has a very unique OD and threading that won't take the newer spindle nut. Anyone know of a source for these? Thanks!
