when doing estimates, i'll include a line item for tracing a logo if the artwork they provided isn't vector. base pricing is $115 to trace and i'll give them a PDF at the end of the job. if they supply a vector file, it's stated that part of the fee will be waived as we'll still need to set it...
we just got an application table and i will be honest, i wasn't sure why at first. but once i used it, hot damn, i'm happy we have it. i'm 5'4" so applying a 4x8 by myself is impossible. but i can do one in less than five minutes with this table. no stretching across the table. no...
i got called a racist because i couldn't refund a guy that cancelled his order without having his credit card number again. i pretty do the same thing as scotchbrite. check the 1 stars and filter out the BS
i had an issue awhile back with getting a red print to not have this problem on static cling. oddly enough, when i swapped to a non-gerber foil it printed just fine. so i marked that material to be printed with 09 or duracoat foils only.
closest thing i have is LHF Sarah Script and it's not exact.
if it's just the two letters, i'd just do a quick trace and be done with it. shouldn't take more then five minutes to trace that.

it's because a large amount of the people who own sign shops have little to no training in either running a sign shop, nor a business. they bought a printer and thought they could make signs. so they didn't learn basics. that's why they have to ask so many questions, because they didn't learn...
well if that isn't the most pessimistic viewpoint i've ever heard......
the whole "back in my day" crap is BS. we don't live there anymore. it's time to change with the times and we are in a time where people from all over the world are able to discuss and share information. why should anyone...
I second finding someone that will print them with a Gerber Edge. don't even need to laminate them. i've got edge prints out there that are over 10 years old and still look amazing.
ive had this happen during multiple conditions my Edge. it's usually when im mixing a non-Gerber foil or vinyl with a Gerber foil or vinyl.
my suggestion: clean your printhead with Gerber head cleaner cards. wipe down the surface of the vinyl you want to print with alcohol before printing...
that must be the difference with the roland device then. using Gerber software, you should just need to install the drivers for the cutter/plotter/printer.
