Try sending the boards out to macmedia and see whats going on. If you were just able to get it to cut it would be the cheapest 54in cutter you could find.

I have a newer FC2250-180 for sale if you want it and yes we can ship it overseas. Graphtec said there were no issues getting parts. That FCX hasn't been out that long and I wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't convert one of the older tables like yours to the FCX but I could be completely wrong.

Epson and a Summa would be my go to. Sell that Roland while it still runs. I would consider buying an S40 also and adding another S40 later. The S40 is going for about $9k after their rebates they never stop offering. The S40 will still print better than any Roland and 2 S40's are faster than 1 S60.
