South Texas here and it wasn't until this weekend that we really saw the store shelves get hit. There was also several announcements that a lot of local events got cancelled and so we're the sign/banner orders. We're still busy but we will see how the rest of the week goes.

We had some strange experiences like that. One I won't forget is someone paid extra upfront for some 4x8 ft signs they needed the next day.....and they never came back to pick them up and never answered our calls. Its been sitting in the back of our building for about 6 years now.

Could you explain a little what you mean a bad cap top. For the longest time on one our Mimaki printers will have a single spot of black clogged in the test print. No matter what we do we can't unclog it.

A customer of ours wanted us to use the font that was used on their logo however they don't know what it is. I haven't had any luck and I'm thinking it might be modified/custom made. Any help would be much appreciated!

We got one not too long ago and I like how minimal the clean up is compared to our old printer. We use foam tip swabs so we don't get pieces of cotton stuck in the machine. I clean the wiper, the slant of metal next to it and the edges of rubber part of the capping station.
