We purchased our own building about 18 months ago. The suggestions that I can contribute are:
When building your budget, don't forget things like additional taxes, insurance, landscaping, maintenance, and snow removal. They can really add up!
Talk to your local Small Business Development...
Has anyone here ever worked with Nevco? Do they only sell to end users or do they also offer wholesale pricing to sign companies? Good or bad experiences?
Geez, why didn't I think of that! Genius. This is why this site rocks.
Not only does it save material, it saves time because you tape it as soon as the print starts and then go on 'bout yo bidness. Thanks for sharing!
We're doing a project that will require multiple lightweight signs to be setup on easels. Cost needs to be about $20.
Creative Banner sells on that looks like it would work perfectly but they are out of stock and won't have them in until the first of next month.
I need to go ahead and get...
3M bought a wrap business. They say they have good intentions but most posters have an issue with them being their vinyl supplier and potentially a competitor all at the same time.

Did you schedule your work around the 20 trucks quoted? No
Will you have workers picking their noses for 2 days becasue the workload that was supposed to be there isn't? Nope
Also:
The client does NOT have a peg leg.
The trucks DO smell like strawberries.
It's a full moon on the summer...
It's hard for me to understand why the vendor would be unwilling to do 126 shirts and charge you for 144 as you have requested. Maybe he doesn't really want to do this order for you and is deliberately trying to be difficult.
For the folks that disagree with the original poster's rationale...
We purchased a print head from Robert and it went very well. Good communication, it shipped when promised, came with good instructions and it has performed perfectly. I would highly recommend him.
Some of my biggest chuckles on Signs101 have been from or in response to OP.
I'm praying for his family and his doctors and that we'll all have the joy of another OP post with lots of )))))))))))).
