Unless you're positive your printer can print perfect greys and grey gradients viewed on a cloudy and sunny day, get rid of the greys. Early in your design process layout the art on both sides of the vehicle. Sometimes things don't look quite right on the opposite side of the vehicle...

  8. ?'s on installation of several 12' x 4' panels of WallDeco 6730 on painted drywall

I think this will be a lot easier than you think. I have done a lot of these with 3M and Avery, never the vinyl you specified. Walls are low tack with the orange peal texture, but aggressive vinyl may want to pre-tack on the overlap. If the vinyl is stuck to the paint don't try and pull it up or...

  12. What interior banner/fabric tension systems do you like?

I have never ordered a Silicone Edge Fabric Frame System, but I have installed a lot of them and think they are great products. The frames mount easily and change out is a breeze. You can backlight the fabric as well. I would have someone else produce these start to finish. The fabric stretches...
  13. New Website

Now that you have a web address, I suggest you use it for your email as well. It may be a pet peeve of mine, but when email addresses don't match the web sight, or they're google, yahoo, outlook..., I wonder how legitimate the company is.
  14. A mini vent

A warning/reminder to everyone that the words print or wrap uttered by someone not in the business can't always be translated literally. They are just the latest buzz words. After wraps caught on I started seeing a lot of customers asking for wraps that were shocked at my ballpark pricing. After...

  17. SP540V won't print black

My guess is the damper. If prints black well after the printer sets for a while and then the nozzles drop while printing, in my experience it is the damper. Especially if it gets even worse with a head cleaning. The fact that the cyan is on the same head and isn't dropping negates most things...
  18. Shop Layout - Not sure where to post for best response

Don't forget to take you material storage into account. It should be close and in direct line to load especially with the vinyl cutter. On a busy day you could load and unload the cutter 25 times or more. I guess I should expand that to add the cutting computer and weeding table into the...
