Sounds like your pinch rollers are not applying equal pressure or they are slipping. Try cleaning them with alcohol first then refer to the manual for adjusting. Same thing happened on both my Graphtec cutters
I was using that silver foil tape For a project and took a 3" strip of it and peeled the backing off, then not thinking put that strip of tape between my lips then went to use it and pulled the skin off my bottom lip. That tape sticks to EVERYTHING.

On our Seiko W-64, we have Neon Pink and Neon Yellow ink. To get the Neon Orange Color we overprint the two colors then we bump up the Vividness and Saturation if we want it darker.
The Neon colors don't last long for outdoor use even when laminated.

If your cut files are deleting after sent to cutter you need to go to Production Manager. Click on setup at top left of screen then Setup Properties.
When Setup Properties open click on the drop down box and select HOLD then Apply then OK.
This will keep your cut file from deleting itself.
