Sounds like it is chewing on multiple jobs. Delete all completed jobs from flexi production manager then recreate the cut file only and send. Also Check your cables and make sure cutter is installed to the correct port.

Scan motor. Clean gears and lubricate them well.

Try resetting up media on printer and make sure your feeder rollers are in there correct space, especially the ones on each router side. After it is finished setting up then hit the user defined icon (the ? mark). If the printer is printing a job it won't read the media size, it has to be set...

Set the Cut in flexi to NONE and use the cutter settings. Double click on cut line color, there you will see the settings for cutting. Drop Down Box will show: None, Fast, Slow ect .ect. click on None then Apply.
