I would screw an outdoor snap frame to it and give them laminated paper posters or vinyl on styrene to put inside. Find one at the size you're looking for and design the sign to incorporate it.
Edit: Unless it's a very large area that needs to be changed out.
Edit2: There are also banner...
It's usually the only part they actually care about. Went back and forth on some letterheads with a realtor one time for a couple months because they wanted the photo to be perfect. Went to print and there was multiple typos they never noticed because they were always staring at their picture...
We always explain to our customers that quality will have to be sacrificed beforehand to meet a super tight deadline on a large order and then it's up to them what they want to do, you'll often find they're happy with maybe a half order for the day and the rest a few days later. These vendors...
That's strange, are you signed into a google account? Could be something in your settings or maybe clear your cookies.

I've heard of 2 guys banging out 2+ buses in a day, doing 90% of them with a roller and torch. Mind you the quality of the bus wraps around here isn't great but it works for how often they get changed.

You could just go straight to a Canadian supplier and skip the border entirely. There are a couple, I think Canvas Champ will do wholesale pricing you just have to contact them. I can't recommend any personally, we do ours in house and for some reason the bars are pricey up here.
I'm pretty sure the cable is sold as a unit which includes all the flex cables and the top carriage cover they're attached to. It's part # B4H70-67018. We get our parts from Grimco.
How many mils is it saying? There's a setting that sets the threshold for the printer to warn you about. I keep mine at the minimum (I think it's 39) but you can increase it so it doesn't pop up as frequently. I believe it's on the first screen when you first start loading a roll at the top...
I did an ice cream freezer, the short wide ones you see in corner stores usually have a big nestle logo on it, with IJ180 about 2 years ago. The customer takes it to catering events so it gets some wear from the constant movement but it's still holding up strong.
