We're in NJ....simple 2 day ship from you. As far as material suppliers...Grimco has a big warehouse in ATL area. Laird is a great company to work with as well....deal with their PA warehouse once in a while myself.

You could call that inclusive if nothing else...otherwise inefficient for mailing out that many more letters to residents in the area who didn't need that information. MY daughter is staring out online this year for the first month...and then 2 week evaluations from there.

Did you try in a tighter or greater pass count? If it happens then....rubber rollers may need to be cleaned. Looks like pass on pass banding to me.

All of our coro cut to shapes is drag knife...thinner coro knife from Colex. Makes quick work of it all.

Ok....just went to a couple stores this weekend.... Shoprite and wegmans here in NJ. Paper towels are being rationed again? I thought we were past all of this. I was able to buy an overpriced 8 pack and that was it. Anyone else seeing this happening again? Didn't try Sams or anywhere...

Tabletop cutter if you don't have CNC. Always have the coro claw as well. Cut them to 18x48s then separate with the claw.

We use gilman all the time whether 48x96 or 60x96. "Play the Curl" as I always say. If its crowning some, put the curling side up with edges down. Depending on the size of your bed, you an always increase the vac by putting thin PVC or paper on either side of the sheet to close off the vacuum...

That area right there looks like its a mechanical issue...misalignment somewhere along the print.

Textol Systems here in NJ sells velcro like that. We've done the 2 inch attaching to the banners...but not the stuff going on the walls.

We use quite a bit of 40C. Haven't seen anything like that yet. Have any pics of the printed area flat on a table? Maybe another area or 2 of the same roll/sheet.

Why don't you set up a 2nd or 3rd condition for Perf only say. I believe you can set up certain parameters within the condition such as the x axis? I may be mistaken but...seems like that is an option.
