Don't use the dealer. Look for another lift service/sales/repair company near you. I have the good fortune of having a very good friend who owns such a company and keeps my old telsta on the road. A forklift repair company should be able to handle this properly.
Stop expecting coro to last in a Marina setting for one. Screen printed aluminum should last quite a bit longer, or as already stated, high performance vinyl on aluminum.

Just tried it in corel it says file is corrupted.
Signlab here. Graphtec fc 7000-100. No problems unless I ran a long plot on small items. About 4' was max. Larger items could go a little further. All done in sl.

Formerly Daniels signs. In Florida. Been using them for years. Their jet quote system is great for getting on the fly quotes at your fingertips.
Never used the bleed function, just outlined the object in same color past the contour cut. Top left there is an inside/outside option, maybe that needs to be selected or unselected
Your best bet at this point is to hire an experienced screen printer to run your shop. Not sure I would have went uv, but that's because I've always been an air dry with racks guy. You will still need flatbed for those who want photos on their signs, so it might be in your best interest to...
gmc sierra 1500 and f600 bucket truck. If I need to transport over size items ( often) I use a trailer. Although I am about to let the bucket go and just rent a pull behind from time to time if needed and save some dough.
