Yes, I understand this but if you're using a vinyl decal to create a 1 time use stencil then you weed as usual leaving the centers in, apply the decal, paint then remove the decal.

Not sure I follow, if you're cutting a 1 time use decal (paintmask) then the font doesn't matter a bit. If, however, they want a true stencil then, yes, you have to use a stencil font.

I for one, don't like tying up my print tech with these matters. Use a vector program and set up your full page as needed. Step and repeat, copy paste, script or macros etc. You have much more control and can do it a lot faster. Maybe that's just me. I use macros to set up the quantity...

Corel has the option to link images but never use it. Absolutely no need to. Creates more headache than it's worth. I use raster effects from Photopaint. I keep a vector copy behind any raster for cutting i.e. beveled text and such. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO DESIGN WRAPS SOLELY IN PHOTOSHOP...
