We can print within an inch of the end as well. I usually drop it a foot though... Latex prints over hand prints nicely, which is ironic because you like 2-3 ft of printing so that doesn't help. Solvent .. I get a nice perfect finger print right at the start... And I'm too lazy to use gloves...

3m 8150... Bit expensive, but its a clear. Look for optically clear vinyl if your customer doesn't like the "cloudiness"

In cut server, when you click preferences... theres a few options under cut job settings. Segment area correction is the one I'm talking about where it'll read 4 marks, then take up...read 2 more, then take up, etc. I do 15ish ft prints all the time, so having it only take up every 15 ft...

Ask Grimco for some samples, or any other supplier. We can pretty much get any 8.5x11 samples we want from grimco direct from the supplier. Last time we asked I got like 40 diff pages.. Avery 3m, house brands, etc. They want to sell you vinyl, so they'll do their best to get you what you need.

Some people don't realize how much wraps are. Like I said, most of ours are in the 3-4k range, with smaller non full colors being in the 2. People still balk at it and walk away. One guy compared it to a Maco paint job. Said he can get a pain t job done for under $1000, so wraps are crazy...

Between 2 and 4k for a full color change.... Probably in the 3.5 range. Never used cheetah wrap before, so maybe a bit cheaper if the material is cheaper .. Most of the cost in wraps is labor. Color changes cost a lot more because you have to do a ton of removal to do it properly.

You need to consider time too. Cutting 121 4"x8" with holes on a CNC you're probably looking at 2ish hours a sheet. With prep and all. 8" is so small so you're also looking at double sided taping them to the spoil board, or using tabs. No way you cut them without as half will move and get...
