Latex paint will stick to acrylic (a post on here said it would). I needed a small double sided sign to attach to glass and decided to try this out. I brushed the back and the front was awesome. lettered both sides and put the painted side to the glass.

I can cut a script font for sandblasting wedding flutes. The trick is keeping the vinyl on the on the backing. I usually weed after apply to the glass. I do not, however, know the process you are working with.

It still is a good job. An old local service station is used yearly as an on location spot. The movie
company had 2 old signs painted on a corrugated tin building. The looked like they were done in
the 50's.
