Stumbled across this on YouTube. Seems like a waste of time and to many variables for error. Good concept just don't think it is practical for our shop.
Just thought I would share.

If these graphics are to be permanent you can also use a clear liquid sealer or acrylic to roll on after application to protect the surface as well as the edges.
If you can STAY AWAY FROM CYRIOUS. We ran their software for 7 plus years. Yes it worked for what we needed and then some. But over the years their tech support has gown way down hill to almost non existent. They basically told us flat out that they knew there was an issue in their software...
I applaud your efforts to provide quality, professional products. However that seems like an awful lot of time and money for the cost of a banner. If the job requires longevity of the banner we too use clear shield and package properly. However it seems a little overkill for every banner. We...
Thank you to everyone who posted for all the insight and information on this topic. We began our search and are currently looking at a property with a 6,000sqft steel building with offices and plenty of shop space. Located on a highly traveled state road. Also has a large lot to possibly add...

So long story short our landlords are just not the easiest people to rent from. We have been in our current location 6 years and our lease is soon to expire in 12 months. We built out office and dedicated print rooms and have a nice setup that works well for us. Aproximately 1800sqft of...
Been in this situation before. Quoted a job for a large amount of full 53' trailer wraps based on a PowerPoint email of the trailers, graphics and time schedule. Our shop was busy at the time and I quickly looked at the email and failed to zoom in on the pictures of the trailers. When the...
:goodpost: We live by this. Did a fleet of 53' trailers... full wraps.....worked the price out for 36 trailers and the last one was Discounted considerably. Only way to cover your butt on large volume work.
Speaking as a current SWF 4 Head and SWF 2Head Dual function owner I have had great success with these machines. However from my dealings with SWF directly and my repair technician I would look down a different avenue in my future purchase. SWF has had issues in Korea and parts are becoming...
primer the edges with primer 94........Proper heat to soften the material.........Extra set of hands to stretch and pull to conform to mirror......Squeegee and smooth.....we always post heat and then let sit as long as possible before trimming.....Done.
Patience and practice..
Best of Luck
